QR codes for weddings and events.
A few small codes on the invitation and around the venue save guests questions and save you replies.
RSVPs
Make your RSVP in Google Forms and add a Google Form QR code to the invitation. Responses land in one sheet, ready for the seating plan.
Directions
A Google Maps QR code opens directions to the venue. Add one for the ceremony and one for the party if they are in different places.
A shared photo album
Create a shared album in Google Photos or iCloud, set it so guests can add photos, and put its link in a link QR code on each table. Make it editable if you may switch albums later.
On the day
- A Wi-Fi card at the entrance or bar.
- A WhatsApp QR code for guests to reach the organizer.
- A link code to the schedule, menu or gift list.
Tips
- On invitations, keep codes at least 2 cm wide with a clear margin around them.
- Match the code color to your stationery, but keep it dark enough to scan. The maker warns you if it is too light.
- Scan a printed proof before ordering the full run.
