QR codes for restaurants.

Four codes cover almost everything a restaurant or cafe needs. All of them are free, and each comes with a print-ready card.

1. A menu card on every table

A menu QR code opens your menu on the guest's phone. Link a menu page on your website, or a PDF shared from Google Drive or Dropbox. If your menu link might change, make the code editable so you never reprint table cards.

2. Guest Wi-Fi without spelling the password

A Wi-Fi QR code joins guests to your network in one scan. Use a separate guest network, and print the network name and password on the card too for older phones.

3. More Google reviews

A Google review QR code on the bill folder, receipt or by the door opens your review page straight away. Ask every guest, not only happy ones: Google does not allow offering rewards for reviews.

4. Followers on Instagram

An Instagram QR code on takeaway bags, cups or the counter turns visitors into followers who see your specials.

Printing tips

  • Keep table codes at least 3 cm wide so they scan from a seat.
  • Use matte paper or matte lamination. Glare from glossy finishes stops cameras reading the code.
  • Use dark colors on a light background, and test one printed card with two phones before printing the rest.
